Constructed from béton brut and black steel, it symbolizes the commitment to confidentiality and security, addressing the very essence of the projects' operational requirements.
The cantilevered design cleverly allows the space beneath the tower to be utilized as an employee meeting area. This versatile space provides a dynamic setting for collaborative sessions, company gatherings, and even matinees, fostering community within the complex. Above, the cantilever hosts the security 360-degree deck—a vital component ensuring comprehensive surveillance and control. This elevated vantage point grants security personnel an unobstructed view, allowing them to monitor 100% of the surroundings. The marriage of form and function in this design decision elevates the aesthetic of the Control Tower and enhances the security measures integral to the client's operations.
Adjacent to the Control Tower lies the employee leisure park—an intentional juxtaposition that speaks to our ability to balance the formidable with the serene. Inside, concrete meeting tables seamlessly blend with the tower's stoic aesthetic, creating an environment where confidentiality and collaboration coexist with a humble determination. In a harmonious synthesis of brutalist design, engineering excellence, and secure tranquility, the Control Tower stands as a reserved beacon.
